A unique heavy duty circular rotary hole cutting disc tool. This thing is cast iron! Uses a piece of band saw type blade as the cutting edge. Probably used to cut sheet metal. Held in by set screws- you could put in all types of metal or wood cutting blades. Has 3/8” center drill. It’s not adjustable for different diameters-measures a 7” diameter. I’m sure it was designed for a special purpose- but it’s in great condition if you need to cut 7” holes. Has a 1/2” shank for drill chuck or collet.
