Please see pics and know what it is you are purchasing. These don't come around often. I got it in an auction and being a former military wife. I had the resources to find out what this is designed to do. I have been considering keeping it and most likely will if not within reason of my asking price. Rare for civilians to own and in my opinion. this would be a nice thing to have if you are a prepper or Be even cool to just add to a collection.
